海鲜什锦组合(虾,贝肉,墨鱼,章鱼等),生面包粉,鸡蛋,薄力小麦粉
1.海鲜组合调理
将海鲜组合全部解冻,用调理纸巾轻擦去表面水份,
先打上一层小麦粉,再抹上一层鸡蛋浆,再打上一薄层生面包粉.

色拉油加热,中火,入锅,煎炸2分钟,至金黄色出锅,置于网眼碗内沥掉油.

清锅,以倒入2g芝麻油为基准,先后加入酱油5g,醋4g,糖4g,水8g,黑椒粉0.5g,料酒3g
中火煮沸料汁后,将沥干净油的海鲜组合倒入

中小火炖煮5分钟后出锅装盆
