新鲜紫墨鱼肉(大片),贝柱肉,甘蓝菜嫩叶,鸡蛋豆腐,白萝卜丝
1.贝柱,紫墨鱼调理
紫墨鱼洗净放入沸腾水中川烫4分钟捞出待机.
贝柱用刀面轻压扁后擦去水份打上小麦粉.

锅内倒入少量色拉油,入锅,中小火煎炸至金黄色出锅,一次翻面即可
